my question is"......?"

"in the present context, do we need to scrap all restrictions on consensual adult s*xual relationships ?" and if we do so, how would such a step influence quality of our life ?

i specifically meant "do we need to"and not "should we"! that's coz change in context ! human life and social environment has substantially changed since the time,when these restrictions have come in to existence and in fact were actually needed for formation of society !
