Sequoiadendron giganteum
A gale has thrown down some green cones not long ago. They turn brown in the warmth after a while, open and the seed falls out when u shake or knock on the little cone.
The seeds r said to be able to germinate for perhaps 25 years. But only a small percentage will grow out.
