Meditate
My favorite place to walk is along the ocean or lake shore while on vacation. Travelling along the vastness of the water seems to put everything in place for me and also help me spiritually. But when i am at home, walking or traversing around the neighborhood through a nearby wood area is soothing and uplifting. While I am swimming, walking, gardening or house cleaning I often also pray or meditate to boost my spirits. Say a prayer and to accompany exercise as I swim laps. Occasionally, I do water aerobics or yoga with a classic tune in my head.How do you do yours?

Thank you for a good blog. I do take long walks in the forest near by, I do not go on many vacations, so I stick to my forest and enjoy it very much each time I'm out there. I do not think much about God, that is not my way, but I know nature has a lot to give for those who use it and seek it... I know when I take a walk I will come home filled with energy and I am on a boost, so I get happy, smile a lot and it makes my life better. Too feel happy because I walk is a very good feeling, so I keep on walking. Enjoy your walks too wherever you walk. And have a wonderful rest of your day.

Watch nature, gaze at ducks across the water carefree and innocent. To sit and watch the sunset combination of fresh air caressing my face, soft breeze rusting my hair makes me feel content. Love the nature.
However, walks along the roads in my hometown after a cup of coffee with friends, every afternoon is my thing. I miss it so much!
But I do like fishing and that takes me to lakes and the ocean. But there I'm sitting down relaxing. I really like that!
I love fishing i have a nice fishing rod indeed relaxing, challenging and rewarding.
