Anniversary Dinner

About 4 years ago I treated my wife to dinner on our Wedding Anniversary. We had a nice meal, the band played, we danced and returned to our table. I gave a signal and as I gave my wife her gift a waiter came over and put a bowl of green apples on the table. She looked at me with a puzzled expression, then the band played this song.

and she understood.
