back in the driver's seat

i am back to teaching...yeah!!! did placement tests for som e of the students on friday...and classes officially begin on tuesday....yeah...cause sometimes it is more fun to work out w others then on my own....but i luv that too! so...my fav form of esercise is ballet...what's yours?banana

Sweetfireball, I thought you already know what my favorite exercise thing is... I go for walks... every second day, and believe me I do enjoy this to the fullest. Love the forest walks in the fall time. hug teddybear

I like running behind my DR set on speed 4 as I tackle a ten acre meadow. A mix of aerobic and anabolic exercise as I try to steer as well.
