Anyone knows this song?

Hi,

I'm home with electrict off so I have to open my window.
Next door my neighbor is singing a song something like this:

'A house is not home when there is no one there to hold you tight.
And there is no one there you can kiss goodnight...'

Her voice is quite terrible but I like the lyric. Anyone knows this song and its name?
