Native English speakers, help please
I got a file which I need ask someone else to sign.Cos the person who is going to sign this file is not good at English, so that I find out the file another person gave me seems to be fairly strange>
Here it goes:
1. X is employed with us in the capacity of office clerk
in the capacity of = in the position of, so I suggested to change into "in the position of"
Designation = Title in the company, so I suggested to change into "title"

And Title instead of Designation
I can feel the difference of a non native English speaker. You can never learn enough
If it is an official form, then I don't see how one can make any changes without the corrected form being rejected.
That being said, the suggested changes would seem to be correct. I agree the original language is stilted.
