Dry mushroom stew with pork.

I had very tight time before my daughter to have lunch. so I cut some pork pieces, and boiled not fully. then I washed some dry mushroom. And some ginger and spring onion, pepper(not spicy),chinese type, close to black pepper, then I poured some food oil into the pressure cooker, and put in the chinese pepper, and the boiled pork, and stir fry, then I added ginger, spring onion, sauya sauce, mushroom, stir fried till all the pieces got some spice, then I added water and the pressure cooker covered up properly, cooking with pressure. 20 minutes after the pressure cooker starts to let out air. My daughter loves it. And it reminds me of a hometown dish: chicken stew with dry mushroom. Very tasty.

Oh! That's an antique weighing scale just for decoration even though it's still functioning.

Nice, I try to tease you. Ok, it is an antique scale.
Hi,Dreamcatcher, do you need buy apartment in Malaysia, cos you go back there from Macau. It must be very expensive for you to do that for your families.
Property is cheap in Malaysia. It's pretty affordable.

When we moved to Macau, we sold the house that we were living in. We retained two more houses in different districts. One was occupied by my kids' paternal grandparents and the other one was for investment purposes.

When we returned to Malaysia 2 years ago, naturally we moved in to the one that was for investment purposes coz all of our things that we did not bring to Macau was stored in it and also because there's an International school very nearby where we can put the kids in.

Don't think I'd be long here coz the moment the kids finished their high school, I'd go wherever my heart takes me...heart wings heart wings heart wings
Dreamcatcher: Great! I am happy for you that you don't need do the hassle to buy in properties, viewing, and calculating. So all your kids finish high school, I still think they need to choose proper university. I think as a mum, still you have some task ahead.
