"The key thing to remember is that sugars occur naturally in a wide range of foods - including fruit, vegetables and dairy products - and can be consumed within a healthy, balanced diet and active lifestyle. As always, balance and variety in a diet is the most important thing for people to remember."...............

..Healthy eating tip 2: Moderation is key....Naturally sweet vegetables—such as corn, carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, yams, onions, and squash—add healthy sweetness to your meals and reduce your cravings for added sugars.
Fruit. Fruit is a tasty, satisfying way to fill up on fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants. Berries are cancer-fighting, apples provide fiber, oranges and mangos offer vitamin C, and so on..............Healthy eating tip 3... Reduce sugar and salt...laugh

creating weight problems, too much sugar causes energy spikes and has been linked to diabetes, depression, and even an increase in suicidal behaviors in young people. Reducing the amount of candy and desserts you eat is only part of the solution as sugar is also hidden in foods such as bread, cereals, canned soups and vegetables, pasta sauce, margarine, instant mashed potatoes, frozen dinners, low-fat meals, fast food, and ketchup. It all adds up to a lot of empty calories since your body gets all it needs from sugar naturally occurring in food.

oatmeal........Sugar is a crystalline carbohydrate that makes foods taste sweet. There are many different types, including glucose, fructose, lactose, maltose and sucrose...... There are many different types of sugar, including glucose, fructose, lactose, maltose and sucrose - also known as table sugar.

Some of these sugars, such as glucose, fructose and lactose, occur naturally in fruits, vegetables and other foods. But many of the foods we consume contain "added" sugars - sugar that we add to a product ourselves to enhance the flavor or sugar that has been added to a product by a manufacturer.....
Please do green juice each morning and notice how your fasting blood sugar shifts in 2-3 weeks. My doctors were very impressed. I went from 120 to 79 in less than a month.
- Juice (and drink withOUT pulp)
- 1 full celery
- 1 cucumber (with peel)
- small piece of ginger
- parsley
- 1/2 lemon juice

Drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and notice your life change for the absolute best!..............I would not reccommend the use of apple cider vinegar in the lowering of your blood pressure there are several natural treatments that you can do.
1. Go to bed before 9:30pm.

2. Walk one hour per day 7 days per week........
4. Reduce Stress

The American Heart Association (AHA) reports that although stress does not cause heart disease, it is a major contributor to higher blood pressure and reduced levels of overall wellness. Reducing stress is an effective way to lower your blood pressure and increase your general wellness. Try lowering stress by evaluating your priorities and cutting out some of your excess activities, trying relaxing activities like yoga, and even meditating.
I love food.

"Naturally sweet vegetables—such as corn, carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, yams, onions, and squash"

LoL, many of those I planted this April. It breaks my heart that now some are ready, I am essentially no longer allowed to eat them without wasting 2 carb units in any meal they are in. So there is no point in picking and canning them as I had planned. The deer and other veggie predators are quite happy they lay fallow on the ground as an offering. moping
