There are times when we need the Ego to do things are get things doen..
Besides I think all of us have some Ego in our-sleves..
If you mean a big ego, it means that you think too much of yourself, that you are full of your own self-worth.
if you want to overcome that problem, then think about other people before yourself.
think 'you' 'they' or 'we' instead of the singlular 'I'
