If you are these things and you are asking for help then that is a GOOD start... so good for you wanting to change for you are obviously not happy being those things.
Recognizing you have a problem is the first step to getting it right. We all have things that we are trying to overcome and work with. Now you have recognized you have a problem then you have to think what you can do change how you think. Often the first thing you can do is to start thinking of others and what you can do serve and help other people. Look for opportunities to be kind to another. Try making a list of people you know who may need a friend and befriend them. Think of ways to be thoughtful and how to brighten anothers day.

Is it that u'r like that just for the moment cos u'r profile says "
I AM LOVING, CARING AND HONEST PERSON, i take care the emotions of all around me, i like cooking, astro, all types music...etc"
Then maybe it's just a situation that's propped up recently which created this emotional imbalance it usually happens...it's like Newton's cause and effect Theory...So then i think u don't need to worry much as time would heal ...
