Some people have no insight at all.....and have an expectation the environment around them should change in order to fit their needs and wants, instead of making the necessary changes within themselves.
Havin no savvy re making internal adjustments can make for an unpleasant journey.

Thanks for filling me in, I was catching a complex because many are sick of Africa.

Any man I know never feels the need to either question what he is, a man, nor use derogatory terms for other men or women to make themselves feel better.
It's a major sign of insecurity.
