The Virgosign on praying
In my opinion, everybody prays.In all religions. Of all beliefs. Whether proclaimed atheists or non believers, all pray.
Spiritually prayer is from the heart and so most times it’s private, but it also is manifested publicly, aloud and as a congregation, invoking or pleading or asking or thanking God, or Allah, or Buddha, or the Sun, the Moon.....
Praying is a powerful emotion which can be both physical and mental, and even if for the briefest of time, can be a reliever of worry, stress, mental and physical pain, and a support in time of need.
I believe in the power of prayer.

I don't distract him away from others that may need him more but I speak to him though .. he's my most reliable friend
speaking of which, how is yours?
I have my views on prayer...theres certain things I do within religious realms...certain things I do outside of it ..both bring me peace ..both I will keep doing.
And it's not necessarily talking aloud
Everyday has his / her way, and they're all ok.
IW re my friend ... it's a situation in progress, whichever way it progresses to, but am still thinking of her in my prayers.

Thank you both for your comment. Tell the world that praying is rife. And it is a norm for the spiritual nourishment of mankind. As are ‘Please’ and ‘Thank you’ the basis of good form in the physical too.
