Secret Meeting

I just want to share my happiness with all of you

I ever posted blog that I missed my little baby (5 now) for more than 3,5 years now due to the divorcing. She was taken by her father just to torture me. He hidden her from my reaching. But since last 2 years, he entered Jakarta and my baby stayed with her aunty and been raised by her.

Since I heard that, on purpose I recruited one of my ex. Husband's nephew to be my assistant to connect me to her. Since last years he works for me. I got all information and photos of her from the nephew which he got from the aunty.

After more than 3,5 years I couldn't see my baby.. The nephew tried to arrange the meeting between me and my baby. He marathonly talk to the aunty. They actually have little worry that the secret planning of meeting will be heard by her daddy. If that's happen, he can take her away and go far away to hide her again... Yes, very selfish.

And the day is coming. Today I met her BUT I was not allowed to cry and not allowed to introduce myself to her to avoid she talk to her daddy, not allowed to be over reacting. Let she try to recognize me by herself. The aunty introduced me to her as a friend...

Her aunty told me alot abt her growing up. I was crying when she told me story... That time my baby was not around. I really thanks to her has been taking care of her very well. And we talk abt planning for her elementary school. I just asked her to register her to the best school and I will be financing her.

Very nice meeting... And the aunty promised slowly will introduce who I am to her..

When/How Do You Introduce Your BF/GF To Your Kids?

Here's a very sensitive issue for me. I've been hiding my relationship from my ex-husband and my almost 11 years old son for a long time now. Few months ago, my son picked up my phone and read some messages exchanged between me and my BF. He took the whole thing really well and started teasing me about it, few days later, he grabbed my phone and started chatting to my BF. From that day on, they started talking , exchanged messages and photos. He likes to tease and joke with my BF and would often tell me to marry the guy.doh laugh Well, things are more complicated than it appears.sigh They have met already and often talked on the phone when my BF and I started dating years ago but for some reason, we had to keep the relationship secret after that.sigh

My son wants to see my BF, he likes him and that somehow makes me feel positive. Every few months my BF comes here but I never let them meet. My BF plans to spend a very nice Christmas with us, this time he is staying at my place...no more hotels. It would be a wonderful Christmas but I'm having second thoughts...I don't think it's a good idea for them to get too close.sigh it does give me a strange feeling that the relationship is getting serious...it scares the heck out of mehelp doh

How did you introduce you BF/GF to your children ?conversing moping Was it a happy event ? laugh

Internet Love is Valid!!

I have read a few blogs questioning the validity of internet romances. I for one believe that they do exist because I am in one right now. Given the fact that how can you have romance where there is not a physical aspect to it I can only say that feelings cross that border. Notwithstanding the scammers, having a legitimate relationship is possible.

With that I submit this story from the newspapers in the advice column "Annie's Mailbox" (If my memory serves me right!) I will only quote the writers important concerns:

It appears that the writer had an online relationship and her love died. She is in mourning and has been attacked by her family for being stupid. The young lady is now not only mourning but also in a very hurtful way because of her family's attitude towards her.

The writers for "Annie" have sided with her (and I agree) and have advised her to go to groups for those in like situations for support. "Annie" further advised her to ignore the situation by not mentioning it again to her family.

I tend to be very discreet about what I do in my personal life but this column in today's paper really struck a nerve. All of my life I have had to "explain" myself to my family and I really resented it.

I do things as a matter of choice and I don't comment on peoples life unless I am asked specifically by the person with an issue. I give my honest opinion and I respect their feelings.

Yessir, life is simple when you adhere to living it simple! In my relationship only my daughters know and they do not comment.

We Are All Weak and Incomplete Without Each Other

There is no such thing as “equality” between a man and a woman. We can only be truly happy in a relationship if we understand and accept our imperfections and roles in a relationship.

Men are always the protector, the provider, the tougher and stronger one. Men do harder work that women can’t physically achieve. Men pick up the gun , keep his wife and kids safe in the room before opening the door and face the dangers outside. Men make and take the hard the decisions that women will have hard time deciding. Men can take emotional and physical pain to keep going than most women ever could. Men will man up and do everything to keep his woman, children and family safe. With some exception, men have the balls.

Women are there to support the men who protect them . Women’s emotional, mental, social and spiritual supports keep their men going…motivate them to do better and be better men for women, better father for their children. Women may not be physically as tough as the men but we women have plenty softness and gentleness that could melt our man’s heart and make a better man out of him. Though many women tried to replace a man’s place by wearing a “strap on”…balls will always be for the men.

We shout for “equality”…women go out to work and try to succeed more than other men ever could…resulting in broken family, neglected children, divorces. We can work and provide for our children too but how far will we go to prove that we are “equal” to the men?

This is my personal opinion and does not apply to “men” who aren’t man enough nor “women” who are too tough and strong to be a woman.professor

Been busy these days, so tired of being strong…I need a man!

BAD winter coming up?

A few years back Scotland, even my little tropical bit of it, had a really bad winter, with no warning whatsoever. We didn't have enough gritters, we didn't have enough grit, it was pandemonium for a few days and ever since then we've been on yellow alert each and every winter and ever since then the winters have been mild.

I've got a bad feeling about this one, though. And I say that as someone who loves snow and ice and fog and all the sort of extreme winter weather I didn't grow up with. This could be a snorter.

Any advice on what I should be buying / stocking / preparing for, if I'm right? up to and maybe including a dog-sleigh ...

How much longer

I grew up slightly wistful that I wouldn't see the year 2000. It wasn't because I couldn't imagine being that old, I just knew I wouldn't. At 2 minutes to midnight, Dec 31st 1999, hectic street party, someone fired a shot in my direction and I thought oh, riiiight. Then I thought hang on, am I dead or not?

So it has been unexpected borrowed time since then, and the last couple of years have been particularly brilliant. But how much longer before that bullet finally catches up?

I come from a family which roars into the eighties before starting to falter, but that thought horrifies me. I don't want to get old (too late, too late, would be the chorus from most on this website) but when does old actually start?

First signs of losing of the memory or mind? If I have, I haven't noticed. You'd tell me, right? roll eyes

First aches and pains and groaning when you get up (or sit down)? Touch wood, still leaping around like a flea (especially when cramp attacks during that morning stretch, but that's not age, has had me dancing a morning fandango for years) crazy

First time you get a chance to go out with someone hot and think hmm, rather stay home and read a book? grin

I have friends younger than me with arthritis and aching joints, yikes. I have friends 10 years older who insist life gets better and better. Luck of the draw, but I do know I don't want to get old. I long since told my daughter if anything abruptly happens and I'm gone, she must remember I'd have been surprised but ultimately downright relieved.

I just wondered when, apart from having a bloody birthday, one realizes "hell I am OLD". Anyone got an opinion?

Sister

Less than a week ago, I commented on a customer's hair on how lovely it was. She had the exact hairstyle I've always wanted, a sleek bob. She then further explained that she just had a haircut and donated her long locks to the National Cancer Society of Malaysia.

Now, here's a girl that is not only beautiful on the outside but beautiful in the inside as well.

When I got back after work that day, I immediately Google-ed about 'The Locks of Hope Hair Donation Campaign' that was launched to encourage Malaysians to donate their hair through participating hair salons, which will be used to produce wigs for cancer patients.

I happened to stumble upon this Thai commercial. Would love to share it with you and please.......have a box of tissues nearby crying
