Boks v Wales: Call the ambulance

Weybridg - Jamie Roberts has told Wales to expect "physical warfare" when they face South Africa in the World Cup quarter-final today.

Now a qualified doctor, as a medical student he found himself spending more time in hospital than even he would have wished during the British and Irish Lions losing series in South Africa six years ago.

"I will never forget the second Lions Test at Loftus Versfeld (Pretoria) in 2009 when there were five of us in the hospital afterwards. That was interesting.

This guy knows what he is talking about.thumbs up

so will it be Pacquiao or Mayweather?

Sports time folks.

With a million dollar per seat sold in the box for this game, how many are anticipating this game?

I'm a very sports addict person but not into anything that hurts like boxing. But with Pacquiao I always make it as an exception.

So who do you think will win?

Have fun everyone.

I did it again

"Arms in the hand of the citizen may be used at individual discretion for the defense of the country, the overthrow of tyranny, or private self defense." John Adams, 2nd US President

Or just having fun in the backyard.

Actually I made 4 videos today, but for some weird reason my pocket camera only photographed two of them, and only video'd two of them. So this next one will seem to be out of sequence and I will re-do what preceded it tomorrow. I am shooting more or less empty cans of spray paint. The cans are steel, but the scrap yard won't take steel aerosol cans unless they have been punctured first. As you will see, not all of the cans are quite empty. If anyone is wondering, yes, all 4 of them were hit (some twice), but only one was still pressurized enough to show it.

Here is video #3 filmed today.

I will redo the missing videos (#s 2 and 4) tomorrow, weather permitting.

In lighter news, I don't know what's up with the deer out here today. I saw several walking around today, but as you can see, they aren't making much of a dent in the raspberries this year. Usually they get them all in just a day or two, but there are tens of thousands of them still untouched.

They call to me.

So I picked until i got bored. I should put a sign at my driveway I think. "Raspberries, all you can pick for $4."

Problem is if the people driving by live on this road, there yard probably looks exactly the same, so why pay money for what is free at home? moping

This was my boredom point today.

Ice Skating

It was a beautiful day months ago suddenly I think I want to do Ice Skating!! :)

Now I'm still at beginning level. I hope my skill will be improved soon.

The question is: do you think I'm crazy to choose this sport at my ages? Because lot of people say it's dangerous for old people because it's easy be breaking legs or something on body. But the problem is I do like this sport... Hixhix... :(

What should I do?

Female athletes 2016

As I watch the Olympic games on TV, I notice that the majority of female athletes appear to have a smaller breast size. Understandably, its not like at the library where you simply wont get a job there if you dont meet the criteria. So from now on, if I see a lady thats a more petite size I'll simply ask her if she's an athlete.

Morning teasing and temptation

Those who watched my last Rolling Block video on plimking.com probably recognize the pile of logs shown here as the target of that video.

So it was morning, the air still with morning fog and in my flip flops I stepped out on my deck with my first cup of coffee. And there it was, an alternative target. 40 to 50 pounds of fresh venison.

Three things saved it. The most important of course is this is not the season. Second my morning coffee always goes before the hunt. Third, I was still sleepy and my focus today is about mowing 4 foot high meadow grass, not guns or killing deer.

None the less, this young buck cooperated and remained in place while I slipped back inside and found my camera, then came back outside and took this picture while he ignored me. So I share this morning view with you all.
