Manchester United has more tradition than any other club
Any where in the world. As well as one of the biggest it is also
Among the richest. I was privelleged to see them twice last
Season.

There is a fabulous history and tradition attached to the club.
Munich (1958 plane crash) is a huge part of that. Our players
Were returning having won a European Cup Quarter Final but
Several died tragically.

Before that our stadium (Old Trafford) was bombed by the Germans
During World War 2. We had to share Maine Road with Manchester
City for several seasons while our Theatre of Dreams was restored
To the marvel it is today.

Prior to this we (along with other clubs) lost players and supporters who
Left to fight for their country in WW1 and WW2.
Sandy Turnbull to name just one.
This club is steeped in tradition.

My friends, please forgive me for the sin of prophecy. All has come to pass as foreseen by me.

The turkey who vanished utterly during the week they were legal to shoot, now that week is over have come back to dance around me as I sit on the chair of my front porch sipping coffee.

Sadly I lacked the shotgun because because deer season requires black powder here this week and my old Spencer Carbine is not capable of shot.

I went inside for the camera and this time upon noticing me standing up they did not take flight or run. The end result is they were still close enough to photograph by the time I found my phone and unhooked it from the charger then came back outside.

<YES, it was indeed very, very tempting to just grab the shotgun at the front door, about face and begin blamming away. Initially they were literally just below the air conditioner and it would have been a shot even the incompetent could have probably accomplished. Range 10 feet. However, I try to be more or less law abiding, so I went for the camera instead. >

They have moved away a little distance (heading for my forest) but this would still be quite doable with my 870. Tom turkey is playing rear guard.

The United States women's national team is off to a fantastic start at the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup in France. The Americans opened Group F play against Thailand in Reims, France, and comfortably found the back of the net three times before halftime. Comfortably is being nice -- they could have led by five or six at the break. Alex Morgan scored the opener 12 minutes in before the U.S. added two more through Rose Lavelle and Lindsey Horan. The three-time World Cup winners finished the first half with 15 shots and 73 percent possession.

They were beat up at the first three quarters of 21 to nothing...

I felt like those days when I was watching the 49ers with Joe Montana ending the game so spectacularly.

This time it is Brady.. Tom Brady will go down in history with this game. And the whole New England Patriots of course

This is one of the best game ever that I have watched...What a twist...Just when I thought my team is losing...

What a game...
