Tam, My heart goes out to you. I do understand why you
did not want to get your family involved as I did the
same thing. But it is so much better to have someone
there, if for no other reason, than to keep your thoughts
elsewhere. When we are alone and going through any type
of medical procedure we tend to dwell on the negative
and become depressed. You, young lady, are a very strong
woman and I have put you on my talk to the Creator list.
Also, with a man as gentlemanly and caring as Vinny on
your side, you are in good hands. Mail me if you need
to just blow of steam or have a good cry.

Tam, when I had my biopsy a year ago, I didn't tell my family... especially my daughter. I didn't want to worry them. But I DID tell my best friend, who had been through the same thing. She made sure I wasn't alone during & after the procedure. She kept my mind occupied until the results came back.

We have both decided just to stay the bestest of friends...
It was not the right time for us...
I have a great deal going on in my life and Vinny plans to take off on his travels very, very soon...
