Minced garlic...I use it in a lot of things that I make.
Next, organic long grain brown rice. I can make it to go along with many things.
Ramen Noodle soups...easy to make when I'm hungry and need food fast, and easy to keep on hand.

Essential for me is salt. My body is not capable of making its own sodium so I have to have salt to add to my food or strange things happen. (thanks mom 
)
