One or two on an almost daily basis - half a dozen on a less frequent basis. I think the normal 'span of control' is about six to ten people - we might belong to a bigger 'tribe' of maybe a thousand aquaintances buy most people can only handle half a dozen or so regular contacts without going a little 'loopey'!

There's one current one that I talk to on the phone & text almost on a daily basis. There's one I email CONSTANTLY, as I don't have a phone number for him. There's a former member who I keep in contact with by phone & text. Then there are others who are my friends on another Facebook.

None. I get mails, on a daily basis, but I usuallly do not open them, and press delete, the miserable cow that I am.
Weekly, a few, including you.
Is weekly not a 'regular basis?'
