tainogirl: Its a bit of a challenge to match people up if you don't know some of them very well.
This goes back to my point that if you never take a chance and start making friends, you won't ever meet anyone. No one is going to come knocking on your door without getting to know you. If they do that falls under the guidelines of psycho.

Is this site really working for you as a dating site...
There seems to be very few matches and relationships that last longer than a date or two....
The distance is a huge problem IMO....
Lots of texting, talking and even the odd meet but nothing very much comes of any of it that I am aware...

If someone is seriously expecting to find a partner for a full blown relationship, distance is a huge issues eventually one of you would have to re locate and that's a huge decision. If they are looking for a flirtaeous pen pale relationship, then i can see it may work. JMO

I agree. It is up to us to explore and attempt to go beyond chatting on the site if we are truly interested in more. What's the worse that can happen? Someone does not respond or declines? (Hopefully politely.) That's life. I've been on a few dates that never went to the second date. I don't regret it. I found the answer I was looking for. The truth.

I'm doing this to demonstrate something and I'm not offended by honest answers. I know I'm not the best looking guy and I'm not looking for women to give answers that won't hurt my feelings. I want honest answers with the understanding that this is not a real meet. This is just to make a point.
