I love our freedoms and rights, and the variety of the country in both scenery and people.
I have never been outside of the US, but would love to travel the world someday, so until then, I have nothing to compare it to...but I would have to say it's hard to beat for being able to see so much without leaving one's country.

"It's nothing to complain about, really. It's mostly the isolation that get's to me.However,I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.Well,a vacation south would be an ."
I love gumbo, grits, pecan pie and southern belle ladies! We get to have gun racks in our trucks! We have NASCAR! I get to say howdy y'all. Everyone is kind and says hello to you on the street as you walk by them. No other place on earth has these things.

Do be honest, would like to be able to afford residency in anotherr country, but since I'm stuck here in the U.S., I'd have to say, the one thing I like is the vast freedoms we have compared to many other countries.
Living in Southern California, I can take a drive and see many things in one day. Sunning on the beach in the am and hitting the slopes at night. I have been to Mexico many times, I love the people and the culture. I have travel through Western Canada years ago. It was absolutely beautiful country and the people we met on the road were very nice also.
