It’s just delicious, my way of experimenting with different flavours. I love salt beef bagels plain, or with gherkins and mustard. Sometimes too many ingredients takes away the original flour and salt beef is delicious.

You know, I just love bacon and really cannot have it (but I do from time to time)....I find myself using bread I really like because I just can't tolerate (but still love) the butter, and margarine is just one molecule away from plastic, so I won't use it....I'm ditching sugar in the coffee most of the time. We all have to give up fave food--what will it get to--raw oats with skim milk?
