Everyday is already a brand new start, and every day I begin knowing what I know now.
That said I can think of no better time then the 'gift' that is today... the present. I can choose to experience any given day that has gone by at any time by simply remembering it because there is nothing I would change anyway. To me change is meant to move forward, not back.

I wonder how many people have considered the full logical repercussions of starting over at any given point. For example, if you go back before your children are born, it would be next to impossible probabilistically for you to have them again. Ditto for many other presumably positive things in your life.

Another example - barf bags at ready, please! - but if I went back too far in the past, I would have little chance being with my precious little GG!
If you could, would you be able to go back knowing what you know now? It would be a bit of a downer to go back in time (paradoxes won't be considered) and just re-do all you've already done.

I'd hate to re-take all those exams only to fail them like I did the first time 'round.
I wouldn't want to begin my life over. If I did then I probably wouldn't have had the wonderful parents that I had. Probably wouldn't have had my sons or at that time married the man of my dreams.

And there wouldn't be any point in going back if you didn't know - you'd just redo everything again!
You wouldn't "re-do all you've already done" if you knew, but you'd have to do *some* of it, and a lot of that would likely be a drag. It would probably be quite awhile before the "good times" started to roll (the main things you wished to change by going back).

Knowing what I do now, it would be 19. I was at the Elizabeth City Coast Guard Air Station for Aviation Machinist Mate School here in NC, Shelia's home state.
