Many women are now looking towards a career than marriage but i am happy that i had my boys when i was 21 and 24. Would not want to have children any later than i did.

I agree tina, gone are the days where the expectation was a female finished school, got a low paid job, got married by the time they were 20, then had children and were expected to stay home. Some people enjoy building there careers first.

Women should get married when they feel ready for it or ready to have kids for that matter. If you're in your twenties or thirties...doesn't really matter...as long as your happy..The only sad/true thing is most of us only know what we want once we hit our thirties...

mnowsa: sorry about the typo...i meant reaching 30's when fertility starts decreasing.
I was almost 30 when I had my first son...nope, no regrets. I was mature enough to handle motherhood well by then. Now I have two teenagers, and we have a great relationship.
