Laura25: Right.
For the sake of what? To look like crap?
Oh, ok, to win a competition - makes sense
But OP is not asking to rate his determination but asking about his appearance and that's the opinions he gets.
Doesn't look much more appealing than a mortally obese body. And I suspect not much healthier.
Actually if you read back you will not that most of the replies started the same way "I think" and "I feel" ....................... one of them is kinda hard to believe .Have an opinion by all means but opinions are beliefs stronger than impressions not slagging the man or name calling .
StressFree: Sure have. I have to keep in shape in order to play baseball at a high level. The hours of cross training and weights plus baseball practice. It's all worth it. The hard part is eating healthy sometimes...but it has to get done. The cool thing is how people are astonished when I tell them my age, they figure I am low 30's...of course this is when I have my hat on...lol
I love to work out, especially run in the woods...clears the static. Working out helps me keep my sanity and maintain a level of sharpness up in my head and down with the other head
Oh god, now you are here.
I keep in shape, but I do not look like I have had steroids...

Yup ,i would have took you for late twenties very early thirties .Goes to show it not only makes you look good on the outside but in the inside too .Glowing skin , less age signs and obviously most of you are more hygiene conscious which is all part and parcel of taking extreme care .Iv known body builders in their early fifties and they still look like there just about to hit puberty
