The commercials always show these happy men talking about wanting to get larger and their supposed happy partner standing looking romantically up at them. They always have exotic medically sounding names like Extenze and Enzyte and they claim men of any age can use them. But beyond the hype are they really any good?

I personally do not know as to how much they work ....I did however read that they do much more harm than good if they work at all....taking any type of drug for any reason is always a risky thing to do IMO ...and should only be done if for medical reasons after all side effects are taken into account....

Ladies, let me tell you that if you want your man thicker and longer, get him some yohimbe. Comes in pills or dried root crushed and drink as a tea. Makes it much thicker and about 2 inches longer. You can get it at any natural foods market. Enjoy!

I like how they (the men and women) in the commercials seem to be obvious actors. Like you would really let some man with a mic and camera come up to you and ask about our junk and how you take pills to make it bigger. To be shown around the world...

Why would talking about "wanting to get larger" make these guys and ladies happy?
I would think talking about actually having gotten larger might have that effect...?

The drugs works often in two ways - psychosomatic and real effect. Side effects might be increased heart rate (Hey - I get that without drugs when in such circumstance) but also conflicting results due to use of other drugs and sometimes allergy reactions.
All the other physical methods are temporary or involves surgery which will alter other parts in such a way that what you gain in length or girth will act negative on angle or durability.
