NESKAPOLITA: Hello everybody!

I want to know your opinion about this!, yours experiences about this matter.
For me I have an incredible attraction for intelligent men with sense of humor, a complete gentlemen...that sometimes the physical aspect (when the men is not handsome enough...to my eyes)could gain extra points if he has some of this characteristics!.

Well, I want to read from you.
Intelligence makes a man who is not traditionally handsome very appealing and attractive.

Intelligence and handsomeness rarely go in the same container, and bearing both attributes entitle you to refine your search so much that you only settle down for the appearance + brains you want. Add some personal spiritual concern you want to have shared and that'll take you even longer, yes, but you'll enjoy the meantime and you will get nothing but the absolute best... it took me years to realise but now it's my main rule head banger

I disagree, good looks and intelligence very often, and can go hand in hand. Intelligence has nothing whatsoever to do with looks, unless you think about how people with half a brain know how to present or dress themselves attractively and appropriately according to their figure or the circumstances, therefore I do agree with Sojourner when she states that intelligence can override any shortcomings in the "traditional good looks" department.

Intelligence is more powerful in the game of attraction than mere appearance.

I know the power of intelligence. Believe me head banger

However, that's not what you will find out on the street. As far as my experience goes, women want masculinity even if they have to share it, and men want in women beauty and the ability to procreate; I am of the weird ones who insists in women having (at least some) brains and (at least some) feelings as well.

I'm not politically correct I know, but I'm sharing an opinion here and that's it. I don't intend to have the whole truth.

Who are you referring to Elley?

I spoke the truth, but I did not refer to money. That is not something which is of great importance to me personally, I´m a working woman and I rely on myself in that department.

If I met a lazy SOB who didn´t want to work, then if would be an issue.

Stop lumping all of us with your experience of women Elley...please.

Hey Jan chill,I was not making any personal reference to you. I,ll stop lumping you with my experience if you do too.I can,t lump you with anyone else,s can. All any of us can do is talk about our own personal experiences, cause they are the only one,s we have had. You give you pov and I give mine, that,s how things work round here Jan and you ought to know that better than anyone. You don,t like my comments, well there is an awful lot of things I don,t agree with too.Challenge what somebody says by all means, but basically tell them to shut up is off the agenda.

I was just querying which post you were responding to. I try not to lump anybody with experiences I´ve had in the past, but fortunately for me, they haven´t been too bad so I don´t have to try too hard!

Kiss and hugs to you.

Talking about intelligence lines above, I needed no Nobel prize to understand that head banger

(Q: Can I be considered a chauvinist if I think women need to go "Sorry, I thought you meant me" all the time? A: I don't know, but I don't care.)

Not at all, but I don´t need to apologise, I´ve already posted to Elley what I was confused about.

Some of us who have been here for a long, long time understand what is being said without rancour. If you stay with us, and I hope you do, you will know what I mean in time.

Hello, I must be going,
I cannot stay, I came to say, I must be going.
I’m glad I came, but just the same I must be going.
La La.

(Mrs. Rittenhouse)
For my sake you must stay.
If you should go away,
You’d spoil this party I am throwing.

(Spaulding)
I’ll stay a week or two,
I’ll stay the summer thru,
But I am telling you,
I must be going.

(All)
Before you go,
Will you oblige us,
And tell us of your deeds so glowing?

(Spaulding)
I’ll do anything you say,
In fact I’ll even stay!

(All)
Good!

(Spaulding)
But I must be going.
