AsleepInNJ: when eating "out" which do you prefer? i like the breasts over the thighs.
Out here we like to use a fair bit of seasoning on our 'MEATS'. Onions, chives, thyme, blackpepper,celery, etc are just some that we use. Seasoning is important, just the right amount makes the meat taste better, not enough and you're food will taste bland and like crap. Pop that bird in the oven at 350 degrees and make sure she gets a nice brown all around 'colour' this is important since you don't want to end up eating undercooked meat. Bon Appetit.
