I am so tired of all the Obama bashing and this is the first really fair, intelligent post, I have seen in a long time. I am pleased that he tried to put an end to all the vicious lies about this bill to rest. While it is not perfect, it is certainly makes sense and I think it is a very logical and sound approach. Even at the height of criticism, he still tried to reach across party lines and find common ground...and he really doesn't have to. The voters already chose what they want and frankly, Im pretty sure we can get it passed without the Reps. There are some awesome Reps, with real legitimate concerns, it is too bad that those concerns are being over-shadowed by tabloid politics and fear based rumors. All and all, I am very encouraged! He has my support 100%

I am on ss and medicare.I am going to die from kidney failure,because medicare ,OR the suppliment Ins,will not pay for the shots to keep me alive.He said Medicare would stay the same.It already suks.I pay a total of 133.00 amonth for ins,98 of that is for medicare.We dont get a cost of living raise on our ss,this year.Yes hes lying about a lot.The money has to come from somewhere,nothing is free.Only if ur in this boat,can u really know.The 30,000 he spent for marthas vineyard could have went a long way on helping health care.We heard all about what the Bush adminstration spent,but never touched on what he has spent.Something Ive noticed about him is,if he doesnt get his way on something he just changes his mind about it.True Americans will not be dictated to,I thought the town hall meetings and street demonstrations, would let him know that.I may not live to see it,but hes ruining this country.

Actually he spoke about filling the donut hole in such programs and i think you will see improvement. The money is coming from cutting massive overhead in administrative costs etc. You say he is lying..can you please give an example? I am sooo sorry for what you are going through, but honestly, do you think you would be better off without it?
