How many of us who believe in Miracle? ( Archived) (31)

About 18 or 20 years ago I had this very strong feeling to get my master's egree. I had one young daughter at the time and really did not ever plan to go into my field again. I planned to stay home with her and decide later what I should do for a career. It is a good thing I listened to that feeling. . . here I am with only myself to rely on for a job and I'm mighty thankful that I have both a career that I am qualified in and love and a master's degree to help me out financially. I didn't know for many years that the direction to follow that inclination was a miracle, but this last year I have been recognizing that fact... and feeling thankful. I think it is a process to learn to listen to that small voice inside of us. I think it is from a much bigger source than I/we can ever imagine.. .a much bigger and better plan in store for us than we may be capable of imagining at any one time.

Strange how few people see it that way. A little sad too.

miracles isn’t that like one in 270 coincidences?

a plane crashes with 270 people, if one survives it’s a miracle !!! or is the miracle that 269 died?

Miracles happen every day. People walk away from car accidents that should have killed them, people survive buildings falling on them such as in Indonesia in the last few days and China even a few years ago. People are cured from deadly illnesses and doctors cannot axplain why when the people should be dying and or dead already.
I have met people who survived a plane crash, head on collisions in cars with no airbags or seatbelts, one survived driving off a cliff and that is just a few of the things that happened and all of them came out without one single scratch. Nothing can explain it except it was a miracle. One of the videos on youtube has a car rolling off the road in a town, which rolls over a child but the child is never touched, but the car slams down just inches away on the other side of the child. A miracle indeed.

It happens every day, people walk away from all sorts of things that only clearly can be...a miracle.

My parents say if I ever get married, it will be a miracle. haha

If we ask to God & pray honestly for that good thing we want
to have..He listen but sometimes he put us to test to see how
far or how long our Faith on him..Miracle is often come to our life..just simply we don't see or just ignore..Glad you follow that small voice..Keep on going..God see what's in your heart..

In the bible we are told that we should cry when someone is born and rejoice when someone dies.

This is because the person who is new born has all of life's pain in front of them, and the person who has died has left this world's pain behind them. Miracles are not always happy occasions, sometimes a person's work/pain is not complete. Therefore they must go on living in order to complete God's work.
The miracle is that out of an accident that killed 269 people one managed to survive, most of us believe that this person would not have survived without intervention from God. This the miracle!
