what "type" can do such a thing? Has times become so dire, have we lowered our true inner expectations to the level that we can be deceived by third rate actors?

Great poets and authors have in so many ways said the same refrain "the world is a stage..." I know not and it bothers me greatly... what is gained by deceiving or acting the part of "I'm in love"?

how many of us have consoled those who claimed to be "broken hearted" but, they where merely playing a part?
it troubles me deeply..this is probably the worse kind of deceitful action that can be done to another human being. My opinion anyway. It is despicable, those that proclaim to love, and its even more disgusting to proclaim they broke my heart.. to those of you out there who do such thngs I can only wish upon you all the deep seated emotions and feelings that you invoked on those you told these malicious tales to.

I don't worry too much about why somebody else did something...
Only worry bout my own intentions...while keeping my eyes open.

Sorry but I'm not sure what you are saying. Do you mean that love has been cheapened somehow by people who have no concept of what true love means or am I totally missing the point? Sorry

There are many people in the world that search only for attention, the more we give, the more they crave.

We have hopefully all consoled another at some time, whether the pain be real or not, I am satisfied by consoling, because this is what I can do. For those that are consoled under false circumstances, they will one day be without anothers shoulder.

Remember the fable about the boy who cried wolf?
