I am in favor of the age being posted.
I just turned 41 yrs old, and I like people to know my true age.
I get the e-mails from the young guys too, in the 20 to 30 yrs old's.
My son is almost 19 yrs old, I would not even consider looking at a young man, it be like checking out one of his friends!

Well its true about the emails I'm almost 46 and I get them from young guys but also from guys a lot older than my preferred age range. Its all about not reading the profiles which was discussed a few days ago isn't it. I just worry that older members may feel marginilised, there's enough ageism in the world today as it is.

My opinion exactly. If you are interested in how the person expresses themselves and the likes, then simply click on their picture to read further into their profile if you haven't already. It sounds to me like the biggest two prerequisitis happen to be pic and age here....

I personally can see no point to it, the forums are for us to talk without the barriers of gender or age, the watchers see enough already.
This is a fantastic mix of people from everywhere.
My age is all over the forums and if anyone is interested they can look at what little there is of my profile.
All the women get emails from inappropriately young men, I get them often in their mid 20's, they only want us as stepping stones into our countries.
