just share with you my personal experiance. i was drinking for years,less or more,tried to quit from time to time,but no result. before read in paper article,story of former alcoholic,lady,by the way.and she said-when she finally won battle,new feeling of sober life is much better than winning big lotery ticket! i was so impressed,and that day was last in my life i lifted glass of alcihol. it was 13 september 2004.still sober.i love this world!!!

Well… perhaps you should look in other places as well, not only on the net. You see, when I’ve played volley ball, almost all my friends and my social life were connected to our team. So when I’ve quit, I found myself in a vacuum. But it doesn’t have to be the end of your social life.

It takes some time and some efforts to find another segment of society that would fill that vacuum. But it’s possible. Good luck!

Good advice there ....wine I would strongly recommend Salsa dancing, or any form of dancing. It is a great way to socialize and to keep fit. And usually the ladies out number the men 3 fold ....applause cheering
