In response to: I cant help but wonder why on earth people use silicone as enhancement of body-parts. Can anybody please set me straight on the subject.

I have a lady friend who lost her breasts due to a serious car accident when she was 25. She decided to get them back when she got her insurance payout for the accident. She feels much better now...it's a psychological thing and she is quite content now. By the way she got saline implants.

well in a situation like that, it would be much different...but when women{or men} do it for their ego, it's a whole different ball of wax {silicone wax, that is}...nichole kidman, just for an example, looked much better before she had changes...now she looks, somewhat, like a relative of spock, on star-trek...uh oh laugh

I was just heartbroken by your imput and everything went hey-wire in my head. The eruption perhaps has something to do with it. Lines crossed with surge and low. Fuses blew and lights went out. dancing

This is a wery good and helpfull case apparently. We all understand such situations where the self image has been shattered.

This is all good and proper but I´m missing those that have experience with this kind of thing for real. We can think and perhaps think we know but do we realy.

I am sure there are people here that have or at least contemplated an implant. Why are they silent ? Or is it perhaps not as common as we are made to belive ?

I always though fake breasts were a stupid Idea.

I hear they don't feel right either.

You are not alone in thinking so. There are other parts that have implants too. What about butts f.ex. It doesn´t show as much but is it ok ??
