So true.....
I think that most people are happy for most of the time, but there are times/occasions/incidents in our lives that make us unhappy.
It's how we handle such times and just by taking a minute to reflect on what we have, to make ourselves gratefull can certainly dull the pain of an unhappy time.

Happiness as they say is an inside job. If you depend on another for your happiness, you deny them the right to have a bad day. I'm content most of the time thank God.

Happiness is only temporary, like sadness
I'm content most of the time and happy once in a while and I'm fine with that.
A relationship would not make me happier than when I do feel happy but it would bring me lots of more contentment
