As part of the recruitment process some companies take candidates to a restaurant where particularly difficult foods have been pre-ordered, in order to test his/her table manners. If you are going on a dinner date for the first do you avoid certain foods, like spaghetti for example?
Not really. Maybe on the first date I will avoid any food that you have to eat with your fingers. But don't expect a really fancy restaurant either LOL
yes table manners are defently a good thing to have, this is a good thread here,it is .well just don't have putting for desert,lol..jk..but or don't have lasgnia either,(however it is spelled)lol..
I am a recruiter and have been for 12 years and early in my career someone taught me this.
While in the interview ask yourself this “Would you want to have dinner with this person and if did would they embarrass you?” If the answer is no and yes they would don’t hire them. This has works well in my hiring process and I use it to this to this day when interviewing and hiring.
