yea i often put my foot in it by saying what i think, many threads i posted in previously in this way were pulled.. am wary of the big arguments now as they are often started by trouble makers and usually end in cyber tears..

Thats why its best to stay away from any thread that you feel you might go from the "honest" to the "insulting". A big difference.
There is no doubt that some try to pull you into an argument; if you feel that you are unable to respond without "putting your foot in it", then its best to ignore them.

Group No. 2 hide their true feelings in order not to offend anyone, don a certain type of demeanour to blend in and befriend. They never really insult anyone, never offend with strong opinions and are generally liked by everyone. But are not necessarily what they seem..

Yes i would say i'm in group 1. I say what i mean and some may not like my opinion, but if someone doesn't like me because of my frankness i think thats their problem not mine.

I find I really dont care anymore what people's opinion is of me on here. I used to, but my mindset has changed.
Of course, its nice to be liked and respected, but thats not gonna happen all the time by all the people. Thats life.
