Of course he has his own agenda, but he still has to do what's best for the nation (as he and his advisors see it) while trying to maintain popularity in order for his agenda to be realised.
I don't trust ANY politician any farther than I could throw him....but I will say that Obama has done more for me personally than any of the last few Pres.
