I have not had a Cigarette for only 4 days the longest ever...... Might not sound like a lot to you folks but I for the first time have not had a smoke or nicotine and got over the 72 hour period without weakening and then drifting back....Question is can I keep it up....I reckon I might....

Hi--it has been almost 8 months for me. Still want one, but not too awful bad. I was a medical assistant for almost 30 years, and most doctors recommend quitting "cold turkey" (then you won't go back because you know what a hassle it was to quit). I agree. You are doing really great. (The first 3 days are the hardest, and now you are over that). ------ This thread is Archived ------
