Good Try Puck but I never fell off the turnip truck yesterday. Tell you what...You find me a good snowblower, cause apparently my dog ordered one from Santa and have it delivered to me and I'll fix it up with ya once I inspect the goods. Ya right that's gonna happen...lol. Is there a snowblower God I can pray to?

My 9 month old is not feeling well
So going to call the doctors office and hopefuly get her in and if not maybe off to the hospital. Although not crazy about the hospital since we have an outbreak of the Norwalk virus here and one of our hospitals is asking people to stay away from there.
Other than that not much else but mail late christmas cards lol

My poor 9 month old has a flu and was up all night. So feeling pretty tired this morning.
Not much going on today. Might go out to dinner with a friend and her daughter tonight depending on how the baby feels. Oldest is going away for the weekend with his dad. So going to be just me and baby. Nice and relaxing...well hopefuly lol

As some of you probably read in my other thread...Just got home from the ER. My poor little baby girl has an infection in her left ear. They gave her some antibiotics at the hospital and a prescription and she is now asleep. And I am off to get some sleep as well

Tracy I'm sorry to hear that. An ear infection is unbelieveably painful. She must be vey miserable the poor little thing. I hope the antibiotics get everything cleared up soon! Having an infection anytime is awful but at christmas time is a right rip off!

I am so used to ear infections. My son gets them very severe every year. They told me last year that if it happens again this year he will get tubes put in his ears. I just hope my little Tatiana will not follow in his footsteps. I am tired of being at the hospital all the time. Its so bad that the doctor and nurses there know me by heart LOL
Maybe I should just rent a floor or room there and move in LOL
Tati seems okay this morning. Woke up with a fever but gave her some meds and hopefuly that will bring it down. She ate fine and is now back to bed for a bit.

Ohh sounds like she might be on the mend...so great to hear!
I'm quite familiar with the tubes. Lots of kids seem to have this done. Just be careful of getting water in the ears after it's done...but you probably know that...Hopefully he won't need it.

I wish she was on the mend but it dosn't really seem like it right now
She had a fever last night. Threw up her formula again. Didn't sleep most of the night and her cough is worse if anything. She wouldn't take her antibiotics last night either. She has one dose left (Don't ask me why but the doctor only prescribed antibiotics for 2 days ) If she still spits out her dose tonight I will have to take her for a second opinion. Because in my eyes she isn't getting better.
So here I sit sleep deprived and very frustrated

Sorry to hear about your baby Tracy...this is such a bad time of year for the little ones to get sick...

Ummm unless there is something new on the market I never ever heard of a 2 day prescription. Zithromax (sp?) I think is 4 days and that's the shortest I have heard of. Definately bring her back and dance a frakin jig on somebodies head when you get there. Never apologize or feel bad about repeat trips to the doctor. That's your job as a parent to keep your children safe and well. Nobody knows them as well as you do so who better qualified to know something is not right? Now go be a Mama bear and rip somebody limb from limb till your cub is feeling better...Wish I was near...I'd go with ya...but then you probably wouldn't let me...I'm capable of, ummm ,drawing some attention when things are not happening as they should....

Morning all....can't believe i went to bed at 7:30pm last night!!
Funny thing is i believe i had the most incredible "dream"...I came home from work on Saturday night...and walked right into a "fairytale" that lasted all weekend...hmmmm...I'm pretty sure it was a dream....
Any of you ladies ever walked into a room that was lit up with every kind of candle...and a christmas tree just lit up with fairy lights..the perfect glass of wine waiting for you...and absolute quiet....after a long day's work...did YOU think you were in a dream??
