If you compile a list, you can get them added to spam blacklists that ISPs and others use to control that junk at the mail server level.

There's a reason for that, Russia is one of the most hard-nosed about enforcing spam and the like. Once you email them, they know you have a valid email account since you're mailing them from it - they then re-sell your email address with countless 100's of thousands and make $$ while you get slammed with more junk.
