patmac: Monkey Brains,Snake Broth both in Hong Kong a few years back.......But some dodgy food in Thailand in the floating Market in Bangkok......still do not know what it was to this day but it was very tasty...
all its takes is onions and garlic salt and pepper and some bell peppers and you wont know what the hell you are eating
outdoorgirlsun: the balls that come from Bulls are not as tasty as the Calf, or the lamb. We deep fry them and they are very tasty and tender. Alligator is not greasy, it must have been how it was cooked, as it a white meat much like chicken. Frog legs are usually fried and are also tasty. As a child we also ate Beef tongue and pickled pigs feet. I like them both. In fact, a group of my friends recently had the Lamb ball (we call them lamb fries) get together. I was the skinner of the balls and got very good at it. In fact, I pretty much had a name for each one and skinned them with haste. I have a new nickname now.
I wont be eating no more gators at least not knowingly

with all the diversity here on CS..anything considered strange for one is traditional for another.. i have tryed almost everything of these foods, like brains, livers, lungs, tribe, kidneys, pig feet and ears, lambs small intestines make a great soup(with plenty of mint)..all sorts of sea food...all sorts of game-big,small,winged.. snakes,turtles,frogs,snails.. there are quite more exotic fruits and veg i want to try.. but something i would never have is the most expensive coffee...
