My way: right for fork, left for knife (if needed) and I ain't gonna change it

OMG - I don't know what exactly your issue is where you live, but I had a date recently and the guy held the fork squeezed between his middle and index finger and he was sooooo out of the race just for that! Call me shallow - but basic table manners are a must!!!
