Sticky subject...I will keep it short and sweet!

What is the difference if people come here or if crackheads are having baby after baby that the government must pay for?

The difference is most immigrants come here to work. The crackheads that are re-producing are our CITIZENS...scary thought aint it!

I propose that for every immigrant that comes in the country, we send one bad apple out!!yay

legal immigration vs. illegal
i think jess got a bit touched there
but the truth is
illegal is illegal for a reason
i do agree the if you wish to move to a country
you should speak the language
and learn the ways
i am fluent in spanish
only because i took a job at a mexican night club
i had to learn
not too many of the customers spoke english
why hold a mexican flag, when you leave there to come here
why come here in the first place
me personally
i have no flag
but if you wish to move to a country
learn the ways
or go back

Just so that no one thinks Americans are only against Mexican criminals coming here to steal and take advantage of what we have built up just because they are too cowardly and lazy to improve their own countries, found this today.

Alleged Saddam ‘sleeper agent’ convicted
59-year-old Ill. man convicted of conspiracy, lying on citizenship application

Just curious as to how people react to this illegal, especially those who are attempting to defend illegal immigration. I REALLY wish America would take the same stand as the quotes from the Australians.

I understand that perfectly well, but that was not what the article was about.

I am an immigrant from Ireland and then on to Wales, that does not give me the right to ignore the customs of my adopted country, burn their flag, cause violence in the streets and then expect to receive the financial benefits offered by the system of that country. This comment does necessarily apply to Australia.

I do also however, reserve the right to defend my own principles which do not extend to the acceptance of ill informed, inarticulate, ethnic insults.

So, I am with you on that point my friend.

Can i just say one thing but please remember majority of your wonderful country was built by illegal immigrants who worked very long hours in dreadful conditions very often to end up killed by poor conditions. Dont get me wrong I agree that all should be done legally where possible but we must also remember what other countries have done for us. With respect

times have changed
is not the same as the past
immigrants then were coming here to work for a better life
but not coming here to lean on the system
now many are here to do the same today
but there is a huge problem
language.... to start
learn the language
we all want cheap labor
but its taking its toll on others here
i worked a site in cali
helping a framer out
2 years before, he was making 27 an hour
good money
but when i got there to help
he was making 17 an hour
it really is affecting us all
how many people can drop 10 an hour
its affecting the economy
healthcare for undocumented workers earning cash
no taxes paid to help cover the cost
welfare for people who are not supposed to be here
not to mention, earning cash money at the same time
its a hard fight
i heard today that home depots
are being told they have to build coverings for the people loitering outside for work, mainly undocumented workers
lots of cities are not enforcing the laws of immigration
but it does have to be dealt with

If you are referring to me, you are way out of line.
First how about you tell me what was so lacking in respect for civilized behavior. Or do you actually believe that if your house is a mess you should just walk away from it and go trash the neighbors?
As far as most of the rest of your post is concerned, just didn't make any kind of sense to me. I also am confused as to why those in other countries PRETEND they know or even remotely understand what legal citizens are having to endure due to the illegal immigrants.confused It simply isn't the case. You may comment on conditions in your own country, but don't pretend that your experience is applicable to one you have no real knowledge of.

The difference is that the crackhead is "our" problem to deal with. Like it or not they are a citizen.

The problem is with the "illegal" immigrants is that they are NOT citizens and NOT "our" problem. They have their own country that should be providing them with things they need. Lots of times the riff raff comes here from other countries because their own countries do not want to deal with them.

I guess it makes it better that people are running across our borders pregnant in order to fleece our country and many of them are reproducing more than an average citizen and out government is paying for them to do it.
