I have known or heard of plenty of illegal immigrants getting free health care, and even getting a full scholarship for college while plenty of citizens are being left out of one or both of these benefits. 
My dad once worked with an illegal immigrant (yes he was Mexican) whose pregnant wife had complications while giving birth, and they also went to an expensive hospital. It ended up costing over $27,000! Im not saying that she shouldnt have gotten any help, but think about it, we are paying for it. If some thousands of illegal immigrants are crossing the boarders every year, and say even 3 percent of them have complications during birth, that is alot of money that we as citizens have to pay for. If we have to pay for that, then we should at least be paying for citizens, not illegal immigrants. Oh, and I am refering to all illegal immigrants, not just the Mexicans. Look at it this way, if all of a sudden a huge influx of Japanese people started immigrating illegally to somewhere like China, the Chinese government wouldnt stand for it, no more than Americans should have to stand for Mexicans or any other illegal immigrants flooding into our country.

Nobody here (well, I can only speak for myself) has any problem with "immigration"... it's that teensy tiny little word that people like to leave off the front of it (psst... illegal) that I, at least have a problem with.
I agree, that we live in the greatest country there ever was... and I don't blame anybody for wanting to come here... however, there are proper channels to go thru... and then there's BREAKING the law.
