You won't believe, but I just happened to click on the link myself just now, and there doesn't seem to be anything for Monday, which did surprise me. Double check it for yourself, or even make a phone call if you want. I could have sworn it had music EVERY night, but that could be a thing of the past. Apologies for getting your hopes up

Flannery's has never ever had live music in it bar drunken hoards singing in the jacks :lol:. It will get a crowd in it but not until at least 11PM.
OP, there won't be a lot of action on the Monday at all but if anywhere Whelan's ought to have something on.

Thanks Losty, just a quiet few drinks with preferably a bit of live music would suffice, I'm saving the partying till I get to Mayo.
Here's another link you can try, the Bleu Note in Capel Street, north inner city
I went there a few times some years back and it was always top notch. This link says they have Monday night music, but you might have to check how up to date it is

The Brazen Head, Lower Bridge Street , its the oldest pub in Dublin and has live music every night.

Didn't manage to find any of the places mentioned, but I did find a bar with a guy playing Christie Moore, Johnny Cash and Jackson Browne and the craic was good.
