I have a couple I use, especially if I am trying to impress a lady

My rockfish and scallop lasagna is my go to recipe

I also make a mean spaghetti, fried wantons, meat loaf and a few asian dishes that always come out perfect

I have learned to stay away from Mediterranean food, for some reason I always screw it up, cept for Naam bread

Chicken in garlic and white wine sauce with fettucini, I love it. Very simple and easy to make and delicious. Just like mamma used to make !

I do a damn fine English breakfast too if i do say so myself. No frying of anything though, all the grease gives me indigestion for days so its all grilled and the eggs are poached grin

It's sort of a cross between a Chef's Salad and a Greek Salad...sort of...with artichoke hearts and some other stuff thrown in.
