I think you've watched too many Hollywood movies my friend. Great Britain has a long and proud history (unfortunately) of, as you so eloquently put it, "dirty work". How old is 'your' country ? I say yours, its not really yours, my (and your european) ancestors took it from the natives didn't they? Killed innocent women and children in the process.

Granted, these people don't deserve to have any human rights. what i'm saying is don't go around all paranoid as if every man on the street is going to shoot you in the back. Most people on this planet are good and kind. Its the minority who spoil it for the majority.

Yes i do think my friend, because i don't read the news, watch the news or have anything to do with the news. When you take yourself away from all the lunacy of it all you start to see things for what they really are.
We're all brothers and sisters in all this and the power men and women get us to fight each other for their gains ! How messed up is it that we fall for it all the time. We actually believe this rubbish they tell us.
i will not fight anyone without just cause. Especially someone from another country who is just as brainwashed as we are. I prefer to sit down with him and talk, not blow his brains out. Although i would do exactly that if i felt my life was in danger - I'm no coward, just a deep thinker.

Honesty is always the best policy. He did, after all use you to get what he wanted which is totally unfair. A true friend would ask you first. I'd let your boss know that you didn't put him forward for the job but i wouldn't tell him about the lateness/ unreliability. Thats up to him.

Blue mountain while i was in Jamaica was the best i've tasted. I like a Starbucks decaf. If i'm honest i prefer tea any day. A nice Earl Grey with lemon and sugar or a good old fashioned breakfast tea with milk. Tea is the best drink ever.

i have done meditation in the past but my mind is constantly whirring round. My dad says i'm just like my mum, too intelligent for my own good and can't stop thinking. Not sure about that but i'll give the meditation an other go. I have lots of DVD's etc

Yep thats the one Amity sweetheart, just horrible. Had to go shopping today in the middle of a massive attack. Luckily i had someone there to hold onto. All this sounds silly to someone who hasn't experienced them but they are VERY scary.

I seem to have developed it over the last few days/weeks. No idea where its come from or why but wish it would go away ! I had them many years ago and they stopped as soon as they started. This time the've come back with a vengance. Perfect timing before my new job starts (that i'm looking forward to and not stressed about at all).
