I don't mean to be rude, but America is not the land of milk and honey and generally speaking, we don't need you to get us into your country. Africa may have many troubles but many people choose to live here including, believe it or not, many Americans. I do chat with some lovely Americans and I hear about your crack addicts, obese and slovenly women, people addicted to prescription drugs, etc., etc. I am NOT generalising but many South African women (those who aren't slovenly and drug addicted and obese - just like yours) are considered good looking, strong, hardworking and, above all, deadly honest. So, if we're looking for a ticket out here - we'll tell you. And really, talking to someone online is not going to kill you - I, for one, have no interest in stalking anyone. Oh man - I guess I'm going to get into trouble from all sides now so, as you guys would say - bring it!!!!!

If I understood well you’re criticizing American guys for blocking mail from South Africans.
I'm Canadian but I find some of your remarks unjustified.
Many American women aren't what you described and they aren't only considered good looking, strong, hardworking and above all deadly honest but are.
I'm not saying SA women are better or worst but American women shouldn't be put down like this just because some American guys and it's surely the minority block people from SA.

I think its because of the Nigerian scam stuff that goes on in most dating sites.Your profile in nice and seems very real.I block no countries.Good luck:)

I never blocked any one from anywhere of for any reason, as I don`t see the purpose of blocking people . But thats just my opinion and I feel comfortable with my decisions

i dont think u'il get into trouble cos u said it right..d media publicity we get in africa is bad..and come to think about it d gap is fast closing up...places like burma and many poor asian countries dont get bad publicity that africans get...its really annoyin most especially as an african!

South Africa and China are blocked by CS, you need to open those two countries manually, maybe many don't look?

you have to remember that Africa is not a country, it's a very large continent full of large countries all different to each other! some african countries seem to be worse for scam mails than others, but i still say that taking part on the forums is a good way to show your true self, even just to make friends around the world.

Having to carry guns all the time. One had been shot at and has been wounded. Granted this is only 2 or 4 peoples experience.
But I have no desire to visit, cause I would rather tour my own country first.
Please partake in the forums more often. Your feelings and opinion and experiences are valued. How can we get to know you if you don't.

Unfortunately that is the experience of most people who live here but it just doesn't mean that we are soooooo desparate to go elsewhere that we will do anything to get there. For me personally - if there is no "click" - I'm not going to get involved with you just to get out of here. I've heard on here that many guys don't speak to Asian or Russian women because they believe that those women will be with anyone to get out of their countries.
