Like CJ said...I personally see no harm it at all, no matter how old the child is, after all, he's not the ONLY teacher the boy will have at school.

I´m a teacher and from that perspective I would never date the father of one of my students.
My students nowadays however are mostly adults, and I apply the same mindset, don´t mix business with pleasure. It´s not easy sometimes though.

yeah probably true although i am not sure of which country I am a native anymore..do have a German pass port ..permanent residency for the US..been and have lived in other places too..guess am still looking for a place where I really feel at home..still lots of places to see and try out...

teachers are human, & when you think about it there opps for meeting people can be restricted. No harm in it! Just play it cautious!

I don't think I'd be able to do that because of many different reasons. Not while my kid was a member of his class, it would just be too awkward.
